I was lost on the way there.A man got on the phone and guided me through every turn and also what lane to get in.I was very grateful. I found the place very nice and the staff was very helpful.
Residents great, management second floor 7a-7p nurse Janet & cna Kate are a joke, she runs to management for everything watch your back. & Marissa floor manager never on the floor just as bad as those two. I would not recommend working fulltime there.
My mom was here and this place looks pretty good on the outside. When you peel off the layers, you will feel and see the disappointment. There were days I could smell the nasty urine scent in the elevator, dining halls and the resident hallways. One particular annoyance was staff responding to the call button by either completely ignoring it, telling it to shut up while that staff member was trying to serve meals (yelling at pager that was on their person) or going into the room and turning off the call button and just leavi... read more
