Ichijo remains responsive even 4 years after we've owned our home. When I contacted them recently to ask about a paint product I needed, they volunteered to supply it for me. What a pleasant surprise. Manager Brandi has always been quick to answer all my questions, which I very much appreciate.
This home is very energy efficient, and well constructed in safe quiet environment. Several play ground and club house , pool are great for family. Their support staff are diligent and great help. Especially Brandi at warranty department is very helpful. I recommend this unique home with updated technology adopted Home.
I purchased my Ichijo home in July 2023. My family and I are still happy with the quality of our home. Really enjoy living in this area! Brandi and the team are always helpful and great to work with when I have any warranty-related questions.
Cheap quality and shoddy finish work. I had no doorbell for four months. The unsold house next to mine has already had mold abatement, per the contractor who did it, but Ichigo hotly denies there is any mold and to mind my business, which I won't do because the unit is attached to mine. A house on my street had had feet of standing waterin the crawl space for a year. Then a sump pump was installed, which did not take care of the problem. Now the drainage is regraded.
