Today Oct 10 2024 Brandi and The Ichijo warranty team fixed my patio screen frame and door! We have been in our home 3 years and Ichijo is still available to answer questions and help us as homeowners with our home. I feel (know) they really stand behind their homes. Thanks Ms. Brandi!
I bought my Ichijo home in April of 2021 and have been very happy. There were some minor settling issues that were resolved under the warranty. Brandi and everyone at Ichijo has always been helpful and responsive. I thought I had an issue with a window and they sent a specialist out to test it (no leak!) Not to mention I had a professional home inspection done before my one year warranty expired and they found no issues.
So Ichijo and warranty team (Brandi and Sunny) worked with us to repair ceilings. We feel they went above and beyond to return our home into the dream home we love! Thanks to everyone at Ichijo for standing by your quality built homes!
Super disappointed in the warranty! Ichijo refuses to stand by and honor their products or sub-contractors. Warranty states repair no fix any problems that arise at the year mark. The sheet rock in our home continues to pull away from the ceiling. While they came in and repaired (covered up the issue) they didn't address why sheet rock pulls away. Now we are stuck with a 5K drywall bill to actually fix the issues not cover them up! I would not purchase from this builder again.
Cheap quality and shoddy finish work. I had no doorbell for four months. The unsold house next to mine has already had mold abatement, per the contractor who did it, but Ichigo hotly denies there is any mold and to mind my business, which I won't do because the unit is attached to mine. A house on my street had had feet of standing waterin the crawl space for a year. Then a sump pump was installed, which did not take care of the problem. Now the drainage is regraded.
