Since Dr. Allen passed away and new staff took over it is horrible. They are rude, unprofessional & money hungry. Dr. Allen never would have put up with the nonsense this office is displaying now.
This used to be a great place to take your fur babies. However since Dr. Allen died, and it changed ownership it has really changed. The staff is uncaring rude and does not return phone calls. They are very unorganized and do not communicate well. We had been going here for years. No longer will I take our pets here. They are only interested in the almighty dollar and not in the health and well being of your pets. It is a shame. SMH
Under new ownership. Dr Nichols and all of the staff are gone. Will not fill incontinence Rx for my 17 year old dog that was in the clinic in Aug and Sept. It is October. Will not return phone calls. Read facebook reviews. Looks like other clients are as upset as I am. Does anyone know where Dr Nichols and old staff are?
