If you stay more than a year be prepared to have rent increased continuously and then they blame it on the ‘market’. Started charging an extra $12 / month for $2,000 of insurance coverage which is just additional rent disguised as insurance. If you have homeowners policy it will be waived but only after four times of having my agent call them. I would not recommend this outfit to anyone.
Loved how straightforward the online signup was. Everything was handled digitally in minutes, and the access instructions were spot-on when I arrived. The unit and property are super clean and secure. It’s great to find a place that makes storing your belongings completely hassle-free.Thank you!
Very well organized.
George and Lauren are awesome to work with. Amazing assistance with getting set up and being there to trouble shoot when moving in. And the lock was seized up. Thank you for the prompt help.
