Clean and quiet park. Great place to live, and has management that cares.
I have lived at Pleasant Valley going on 8 years and I am so happy with the current manager, Margaret. She is very accommodating and cares about the residents here. The park is much cleaner and maintained.
It is an amazing park, very clean and quiet. The manager and owner are extremely nice and respectful. They go above and beyond for their tenants. I called many parks and none replied but they did! It was a quick and simple process. If I could give them a ten stars I would!
My cousin recently moved in here and I think it's awesome. the manager and owner are absolutely wonderful and very compassionate. The park is clean and quiet. the best park I've seen in a long time! The process of him getting in was very quick. If I could give a higher rating I would. ❤️
