Do not rent there!! There is creepy people who will drive you crazy!! Has no life but urs. They will not leave you alone. Some have no jobs. Nothing to do but you!!! Trailers are too close together. So ur neighbor knows everything there is about you. They just hang out on their porch just staring at u. Going to your car, coming back home. You can not have a life. Not a private one. So run!! Keeping looking to find a private place to rent!!
Very clean mellow place but do the speed limit. There's lots of kid.

It used to be a nice place. Now the owners allow the Gilbert boys on dirt bikes, and four wheelers to race through the streets endangering our children and tearing up our yards. Trevor Gilbert knocked my mother in law over while she was getting her mail, now her arm is broken in a sling.
