DO NOT ACCEPT WORK ORDERS FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO GET PAID. Dan claims I never called him back. My electricians completed the work, he ghosted us, we all called Dan multiple times. Now no payment because he never followed through with a work order. Then Dan has the audacity to have me take down a negative review. I'm telling you, if anyone calls and says they're with Pleasant Valley Co, hang up. This company is a nightmare to do business with. They often jack the price up on the end and then ask the contractor to reduce their cost. The moment you don’t give them the rate they want, they find another company to underbid you. When that company goes out of business, they call you back to run emergency service that they then don’t want to pay for. Would not recommend contracting with this company.

Our company has been working with PVCC for almost two years. While there was a late payment early in our partnership, it was due to our invoice not including the required PO number. Once we corrected that mistake, the invoice was promptly paid. The facility coordinators have consistently been polite, professional, and responsive.
