Our company has been working with PVCC for almost two years. While there was a late payment early in our partnership, it was due to our invoice not including the required PO number. Once we corrected that mistake, the invoice was promptly paid. The facility coordinators have consistently been polite, professional, and responsive. I would not recommend this company to anyone. After I was told to submit an invoice several times to there portal. The portal says the job is not closed out. I still have not been paid. The job was done on 06/18/2025. The representative’s name was AJ and then I was passed to Kyle.

PVC DOES NOT PAY INVOICES ON TIME AND LACK OF COMMINCATION ON PAYMENT IS HORRIBLE! BEEN SERVICING THEM FOR YEARS AND STILL ALWAYS AN ISSUE GETTING PAYMENT BUT WANT SAME DAY SERVICE AND QUICK REPAIR REPLACEMENT BUT DOES NOT WANT TO PAY THE CONTRACTORS IN DUE TIME

They consistently delay payments to their subcontractors. Although their terms state net 30, payments are typically made 60 to 90 days later and only after multiple follow-up attempts.
