Easy moving process
Me and my wife decided to take part in the door decoration contest, not only did we not win , there is no way we didn't win anything. I did not see any one else have decorations up but us. There is seriously no communication what so ever.
Terrible attitude towards to tenants. 5 days can’t take a shower and nobody cares. Request 100 times maintenance, but they just Don’t care! Stupid AI keeps asking stupid question on the line and no one picked up the phone from the office ever! Maintenance technician never showed up at the bathroom issue. They just joking, not working at all
Lived here for 3 years, first 2 years were fine but when the building came under new management(AIY properties) there was nothing but problems. Bed bugs are a huge issue which I found out from a tenant a couple months after moving in so I did everything I could to protect my unit from catching them. The online payment of rent tried to double charge me and the company attempted to make me pay a late fee that I was not late on. worst experience of my life was living here. overcharged rent that jumped $400 over the span of 3 years. they trap you in a 3 year long lease agreement if your initial lease is for 12 months that they fail to tell you about. nobody answers the phone, email, or text messages but oh boy will they reply if you are late by an hour on rent! this place is INFESTED with bed bugs. and if you want to reach out to them to treat it good luck getting a reply! maintenance is absolutely useless and can't even snake a drain right, so your ... read more
