We have the best location in Prescott with the benefit of having your own fully furnished and private cottage, yard and parking. All to yourself. We include a welcome packet with includes area information as well as our own map which marks all the best spots within a 20 min walk (5min drive) for whatever you may be interested in. We are also both licenced Realtors who can answer many other questions about the quad city area and the state in general.

My husband I had a wonderful stay at one of their Pleasant Cottages. The cottage is charming, the bed is so comfortable and the location is in the heart of Prescott! Walking distance to the historical “Whiskey Row”. Keira and Gregg are great hosts and gave us great recommendations on some great food. We will be back!💕
