Been coming here for 22 years! Even now with Dr. Laura Simon it’s fantastic! The team is thoughtful and knows what they’re doing. They are always sensitive and know my needs. Let’s face it, I’m a baby and they always make me feel comfortable. 🫣
It makes me so sad to write this review, but this practice has gone downhill since it was sold last year. My previous dentist Dr Chiu was an absolute delight and I have moved to her new practice in Weston to maintain continuity of care. It was a painful process to transfer my medical records over to her new practice including emails getting lost in the email multiple times and unclosed loops. Dr Simon and everybody working at Pleasant st Dental are amazing! I'm a former patient of Dr Richardson and after having several regular visits and a crown made here, I highly recommend this place! Dr Simon is very attentive, careful and kind. The crown she made is excellent. Also great staff in this clinic across the board, some of the people here I know for years.
