I refuse to write anything about this place because none of it would be good. All communities like this are like moving companies. Once they have you, they really have you...you are stuck paying high lot rents and get nothing but that ....a lot...the lot rent itself is just as high as some mortgage payments. Better off renting or just getting out of the area if you can.
