Staff failed to fax time sensitive documents, and wouldn’t answer my call until the 12th time (literally). When I got on the phone and explained the situation, I was put on hold without a word being said to me, then hung up on. Called back (13th time for those counting), said the same thing and finally got a response. Unprofessional
I have really bad medical anxiety and have put off being seen entirely too long. My visit today with Dr. Mckenzie and the entirety of the staff was great! Its clear everyone here is compassionate and down to earth. I did not feel rushed or pressured and the blood draw was painless. Even reception was kind. I go out of my way a little to get here when I could use a closer location - but both me and my partner find it worth it to come here.
