A very nice place, with a good, welcoming community. Kelly was so helpful and kind helping us move in!
By far, the worst place I ever lived. Constantly increasing fees, micromanaging rules far beyond reasonable for a place that is so expensive, and staff who treats residents as "beneath them". Don't be sold on the promise of "owning a great home". Save yourself decades worth of headache by finding somewhere else to live. Don't be fooled by the high ratings. Summerhill Village has consistently posed significant challenges for its residents. Upon our relocation, we faced numerous difficulties. Our home lacked running hot water, and management informed us it wouldn’t be available until the following Tuesday due to a holiday weekend. My family of four endured hot water deprivation from Friday to Tuesday. Warranty covered several issues, and maintenance teams addressed some.
