When I moved here, there was an office that was not handicap accessible. Your trash was picked up with the trailer, which gave the person driving it a hard time to turn it around as it was about 30 ft long. Not sure where they put it. There was a bunch of homes within that were at tear down quality yet people lived in them because they didn't know how to take care of a home. These I believe are my worst memories. The transformation of this community over the last few years has been amazing. It went from text book "trailer park" to first class Mobile home Community. The management and staff are wonderful. I can highly recommend this community.
I strongly urge anyone considering living at Summerhill Village to proceed with extreme caution. From the start, the sales process was misleading. Kelly, who sells the homes, rushed me through paperwork and promised she would answer any questions I had after signing. Once the paperwork was complete, she stopped communicating entirely, leaving my concerns unanswered. Management is inconsistent and unprofessional. Great place to live. The staff are very friendly and accommodating! I’ve never had an issue here. Larry has specifically been of help for me many times, he is a great worker and seems to be a nice guy.
Great community, very well kept up, staff is always very pleasant. If looking for a new home I would recommend starting here!
