By far, the worst place I ever lived. Constantly increasing fees, micromanaging rules far beyond reasonable for a place that is so expensive, and staff who treats residents as "beneath them". Don't be sold on the promise of "owning a great home". Save yourself decades worth of headache by finding somewhere else to live. Don't be fooled by the high ratings. Summerhill Village has consistently posed significant challenges for its residents. Upon our relocation, we faced numerous difficulties. Our home lacked running hot water, and management informed us it wouldn’t be available until the following Tuesday due to a holiday weekend. My family of four endured hot water deprivation from Friday to Tuesday. Warranty covered several issues, and maintenance teams addressed some. I would give this place zero stars if I could. We purchased a home in Summerhill Village in December 2024—a double-wide on a lot that clearly wasn’t designed for it. The house sits on a slope causing water to drain and pool on the lot, and despite numerous issues, nothing has been done to address this besides increasing the lot rent. Lot rent is $430 a month as of 2025. They only salt and plow when they feel like it not when it’s needed. They only cut their grass when it becomes a field of weeds.
