I dont live in the park but I know quite a few people who do. It truly baffles me that with in the last 10 months there has been I believe at least 5 fires in the park. I thought about buying a house in the park, but with that number of fires IN BRAND NEW HOMES is just insane and truly scares me to even think of wanting one of there "new homes". This place is a joke , do yourself a favor and go elsewhere you’ll thank me later! Been here 3 1/2 years the rent increases every single year and they find some odd reason to do so, water bill doubled for every resident here because of the rate increase as they say even when not using additional water/sewer my bill is the same as a household of 6 as someone as a household of 1 make that make sence ! Honestly this place is ridiculous. You can’t even park more than two cars in the driveway of a 3–4 bedroom home, which makes zero sense. Depending on where your trailer is, you’re stuck walking a long distance just to get to your own house. On top of that, they lied about lot rent being “locked in.” They’ll raise it anyway, and it’s always some excuse. In the winter, when they do bother to plow, they just pile the snow along the sides of the road so you’re basically snowed in unless you shovel yourself out. Between the parki... read more
What a great community to be a part of. Warm and welcoming community with easy access to dining, shopping and so much more. The neighbors are great! Kelly is so easy to work with!!
