The pool is open to all Pleasant Ridge residents from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day weekend. My family have been residents of pleasant ridge for over 70 years, but we are being discriminated against because we don't fit the directors description of a "typical" family from this area...whatever that means. I was asked over and over again how many people live at my home and asked for my drivers license repeatedly. It's not fun to be harassed and discriminated against, especially publicly in your own community. I feel so ashamed to be part of this community after my experiences at the Pleasant Ridge "community" pool.
Not a public pool. Everyone is not welcome. You have to be a resident of the area.
