We had to switch vets from a place that had been caring for our animals for the last 25 years of my life, which is probably about as nerve racking as it gets. The staff here have been nothing but genuine, kind, and caring, of not only our pets, but even the stray pregnant mama cat I trapped at my work place. They are knowledgeable, considerate, and willing to answer every silly question you have. I've recommended several people since, and will continue to do so.
