Pleasant Ridge has had very good improvements. The homes listed are at good prices, especially considering that some of the newer house models are fancier than the average smaller homes. The office ladies are also very kind and always offer snacks or help with pretty much anything. They’re always trying to fix problems as quickly as possible and make sure residents are taken care of.
The staff is exceptional.

Application and move-in was easy and Jill and Tara presented themselves as kind and helpful. Moving forward all interactions held a similar vibe to an angry/neglectful mother yelling at disobedient children. The monthly newsletter held a very unprofessional tone as well with the office staff usually using it as an avenue to air their grievances with the community. They hired and fired multiple maintenance men in the 18 months we lived here, at least 2 were let go for theft in RESIDENT HOMES. We also learned that when repairs... read more
