The young lady that helped us was very knowledgeable about what we needed to do to get our friends pool back to a healthy state.

Friendly enough and tried to be helpful; although they did tell me I’d probably have to buy the entire filter even though just a part of it was broken, this was not true. They also do not have Doughboy parts, just FYI.
