I, Unfortunately owned a home with a pool by Pleasant Pools. It was NOT a pleasant experience. They installed it at the lowest point in the backyard and everytime it rained I ended up spending a week or two with a brown farm frog pond and could not be used for swimming. They did not backfill properly either and the vinyl liner had big problems that would not go away. I spent $2000 to just fill it in. What a nightmare.Stay away from these people.

We are very satisfied with Pleasant Pools and Poolwerx and would definitely recommend them. We needed some new coping as well as a new liner. Keeping social distancing in mind and wearing a mask, Warren came to our home, gave us options as well as details of how each step of the process would go.
