They only care about dollars, not your precious pets. It's all about the cash for this place. Sad, as at one time it wasn't so bad, your at least not so damn obvious. I was an Original customer from their original smaller location, and after many years, I will find a vet closer by that cares about my fur babies, and not just about getting cash from my pockets.
PPAH North staff are very helpful and great with our 2 large dogs. They all explain everything so we can understand what’s happening. They are very caring towards our dogs and our dogs enjoy it when they are there. They are helpful in every way.

I took my dog to this vet a week ago. The doctor noticed some redness in the ear and did not give any antibiotics said that the dog did not have an ear infection brought the dog back a week later with dehydration, and now the ears were very infected at this point they charge an extra office visit and an extra thousand dollars for dehydration. Had they given the medication from the beginning I wouldn’t have had to pay $1300 for this visit and they knew that, but by trying to make money off of me. Because they knew I had some ... read more
