Have been coming to Michelle for years and always had a great experience. Michelle is now gone. Today, the new owner groomed my labs. I told her one of them had a problem with a hot spot year before last and to trim very lightly under his neck. See pictures below for what I found when I got him home...two under his neck and one under his ear. I called and spoke with the new owner to be told the "noose" they put around his neck to groom him did this. Asked why she didn't call me and got no response. If a dog pulls hard enough... read more
Fantastic place! My dog is my princess and Michelle treats her the same way-She always looks beautiful after her grooming! I am so thankful for them.
Best groomer ever. My 3 maltese, Bentley, Brutus and Sasha having been following Fran for years. Fran is gentle with them. Unlike other groomers I tried in the early days, my dogs would shake badly from fear, but not with Fran. Leaving them with Fran, I know my babies will be treated right and look fabulous.
As two small dogs, we just LOVE coming to see Michelle and Fran to be groomed. They know it too, because we give them lots of kisses when we see them. This makes my owners happy because they can tell that we are very comfortable coming to this place of business. Not only are Michelle and Fran so kind and gentle to us, but they do a great job bathing and cleaning us both up and then they let us run around freely and safely while we wait for mom and dad to pick us up. Michelle at Pleasant Paws has been pampering my dog for almost three years! I met her before she opened her own shop and of course followed her to her new location because I have always been 110% pleased with her work. The cut is always great! I got a second dog this past year and he loves Michelle just as much as my first dog does. There are other groomers much closer to my house, but I drive 30 minutes to her shop because I can't imagine taking my little babies to anyone but Michelle at Pleasant Paws! My dogs, Penny and Bella, love Fran and Michelle! They are the BEST GROOMERS IN MT. Pleasant!!!!!!!!!!!!! The other groomer's can't compete with Pleasant Paws Day Spa!!!! It was Fran and Michelle that won the Best Groomer's award!!!!!!!
I get my dog groomed at Pleasant Paws every two weeks and the girls always do a great job. We love going there because the girls are so nice and you can really tell that they really love what they do. I'm sorry that Dave had a bad experience but I really find that hard to believe. So if your looking for a place to get your dog groomed I highly recommend Michelle and Fran.....
