Emily is wonderful and I highly recommend anyone looking for a massage come to Pleasant Pause Bodywork. I was welcomed into the meticulously kept massage room where she first asked me questions about what I wanted out of the session to ensure we aligned on goals. The massage was divine with the right balance of communication (e.g., more pressure, less pressure, etc.) and drifting off to nirvana.
Emily is a pro. She is very knowledgeable and uses the science behind massage therapy to customize the massage to your needs. She continues to learn more modalities to craft her art and makes the customer experience so relaxing. I highly recommend her.
Emily was recommend to me by a friend. I had a wonderful experience and I highly recommend her! I had specific knee and hip pain , Emily explains what she is doing as she works on you and encourages her clients to give her feedback. She is so knowledgeable and asks questions to get to know each person's needs. I will definitely go back 🙂
