Friendly staff helped me figure out the bizarre “check in and rent your stuff online even if you’re standing right here “ workflow. Other friendly staff helped with my passes. Good lifts, lines seemed reasonable. Not sure how they managed to make so much of the runs solid ice sheets, but it must have been a lot of work and everyone was talking about how icy it was, so that must have been on purpose or something. I don’t get it, I’m not really a skier.
This was my first time skiing, and Jack at the Snow School was so reassuring, helpful and knowledgeable. I signed up for the group class but ended up getting a solo lesson, and he really took his time to make sure I understood the mechanics and felt comfortable. Ended up having a great weekend skiing thanks to him and couldn’t be happier this is how my ski journey started!
