Very disappointed in service my husband received from her. She was registered on MetLife Legal that I pay through work to be able to use their services. My husband contacted her on Wednesday and told her to call back on Friday to proceed and magically she no longer accepts MetLife Plans as of Thursday. That is a shady way to do business and I don't think lawyers can dropout of the MetLife plan before the end of the month especially if we already have an eligibility ID through MetLife.
