For the area it is affordable place to live and good neighbors has improved in recent years. Nothings special but overall budget friendly.
Its a great place to live nice and quiet the park manager and the owner are great pepole to deal with Thank you Lot 54
As far as rent goes, it's inexpensive for the area. It's nice and quiet. The neighbors are quiet and people seem to keep to themselves.
