Didn't even see a medical professional... I made an appointment after seeing the sign, "Welcoming new patients". I have had lots of primary care physicians during my time on Cape Cod because the doctors keep leaving, never have I had to sign a paper obligating me to follow a doctor's order...their "Terms and Conditions" made no mention of a second opinion or the patient's feelings or input on their own treatment plan, so I refused to sign. Taken on time, efficient intake, excellent time with Dr. Shepherd who answered all questions, quick outtake with next appointment, copy of medical report, and prescriptions.
