I had an appointment with Mrs. Cooke and the assistant manager. These two young ladies were very professional and kind. A new breathe of air in Pleasant House Apartment. Rental office. I been here for 6 years this is a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The maintenance staff, here always fixed any problems I have in my unit, in a timely manner. very unprofessional. they have ZERO regard for their tenants. the property manager is literally invisible and never in the office. we’ve tried multiple times to get in contact with the property manager and every time she’s turned us away. the apartments are nice but i would not recommend moving here unless extremely necessary.
