The mouse infestation is still ridiculous!!! ATP I’m ready to start looking elsewhere!!! Sitting here and out of nowhere I can hear them chewing on the wall behind my refrigerator and stove..setting traps and hiring that weak pest control company hasn’t helped with shit! I usually don’t leave reviews but this is not the property you want to move on tenant rights are being violated. Maintenance are entering unit without notifying tenants advance, which is Non-Emergency situations, from property manager Miss, Garner, when it comes to unlawful behavior towards tenants! when reaching out to her boss Miss, Jovon or corporate nothing is being done when to resolve the situations! Great place to live as a Senior. I'm very impressed with management impeccable customer service and the maintenance support given to my mom when needed. Very quiet community (my mom live in a great culdesac building in the back only two buildings- neighbors employed and/or retired). Very clean building, no pest/no bugs/no loitering. The tenants care about the building and the cleanliness. Very thankful my mom is safe and sound....Senior friendly!. 5 stars is not enough.. Thank u!
