I should've read these reviews before I moved here! This subdivision is the worst I've ever lived in! It's obvious they don't care about the crime
Please don't move into this Subdivision! Zero amenities! Gun shots heard several times a year. Sunset Park is behind the subvision with zero park equipment. The river is also behind the subvision. So you have a subvision with zero amenities, a park with zero park type equipment, and gun shots heard several times a year. This Subdivision also has LOTS of renters. So there's constantly new neighbors. Also you have to pay an HOA fee, for what I'm not sure of since there is NOTHING here. I guess you pay the HOA for grass cutting... read more
