The dentist himself was friendly. However, I have never been charged for any fees related to a regular cleaning for myself or children before coming here. They said that my insurance denied the cost of flouride, even though our last dentist gave flouride treatments during regular cleanings and never charged us anything. We have been on the same insurance. Very frustrating and now we are out $130.
I had a great experience with Dr. Hoang and the entire team at East Bay Teeth. Dr. Hoang took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the visit. The professionalism, knowledge, and attitude were excellent from start to finish. I truly felt like I was in good hands. Highly recommend Dr. Hoang and East Bay Teeth!
This review is long overdue! I am an anxious dental patient who has had my share of bad experiences, but Dr. Tran has completely changed that for me. Dr. Nakamura placed my implants, and Dr. Tran crafted the prosthetics and guided me through the long process with incredible patience and compassion. Dr Tran and her staff are amazing I wish I would have came here 15 years ago!!!!
Dr. Tran Hoang is the best dentist I have ever met. She is incredibly knowledgeable and adept. Her staff are the most gentle folks also. Their x-rays were the first time I've not had my gums repeatedly jabbed in the process.
