Not a reliable site. Glad I canceled my order.
I placed an order that required a signature on delivery—and THEN remembered we'd be out of town across the week it would (likely) arrive (cue facepalm). A couple of emails and one phone call and PHG fixed it. Thank you to the shipping manager for bailing us out, and to Darren and Kim in Customer Service for communicating so well and so quickly. It was a pleasure to deal with you guys!
Been ordering several grains and other products. Always great! Never had any issues.
While the mixer we ordered was backordered for several weeks, PHG kept us updated as to the status, and didn't require payment till they were ready to ship. Item arrived in great shape, and well packaged. Zero complaints.
