The best dentist I’ve visited in my life , I’ve always had an anxiety as many people do about going to the dentist, but after my first visit with Dr.Zhu and his team they changed my whole perspective. They gave me insights on my dental health and specifics like no other . When I had my wisdom tooth removal they were kind gentle and today the day after I’m back on my feet running . Thank you Dr.Zhu and your whole staff. And especially the mascot frenchie Frankie ❤️.
I have been coming to this dentist for three years. Everyone here is extremely helpful! Luz and Lissette at the front desk are extremely patient, friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this Dental. Despite scheduling an appointment two weeks in advance for March 26th, 2025, and having my insurance verified and accepted during booking, I was informed upon arrival that they no longer accepted my insurance and would need to pay $395 out-of-pocket for a cleaning and exam. This last-minute change, after multiple appointment reminders, demonstrates a lack of professionalism and respect for patients’ time and financial planning. This office is Incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating. The staff is so nice and instantly put my mind at ease. Doctor Zhu is extremely knowledgeable and did my root canal fast! I can’t say enough about the wonderful staff. I highly recommend Pleasant Hill Dental! 10 stars!
