I called this company to get a quote for steam cleaning a single 10'x10' room and gave them the exact dimensions over the phone. I was quoted a reasonable price for a basic steam clean, which is the only reason I scheduled the appointment. When the technician arrived, I was told the price would be nearly double what I had been quoted. We called with an urgent request and they came the same day. Sam was personable and did a great job-even on the worst stains. We will use them again and would highly recommend to anyone!

My carpet is gorgeous again! Jesse and Sam are professional and friendly. After a look at every room, they got to work treating spots and cleaning. Very efficient and thorough. They even cleaned the dining room chairs which I asked them to do at the last minute. Definitely recommend them!
