I love the street viwe
These homes are falling apart. Repairs requested and nothing repaired. Promises are made but maintenance never comes. It took 3 weeks for a major water leak to be repaired no assistance on taking money off the rent after notifying them my water bill was literally 400 dollars due to waiting. The floors were damaged so much that it is unsafe to step in some spots. As of January they stuck a note on door notifying raising rent to 800. Wowzer I know people that live in low income apartments etc that live in better condition. I'm... read more

New owners take care of business! What a complete turn around and the people they have coming in and fixing the homes wow amazing lot 17 inside an out beautiful
