First time using Pleasant Heating and AC. They scheduled me for 9-9:30 am and they were on time and even shot me an email to let me know they were on there way. I had an AC tune up. Very friendly and we're in and out in no time.

Our air conditioner broke at 4:30 pm on a Thursday evening. I called Fletcher's heating and air for the 4th time in the last few years and was told they had no availability because they only had one tech maxed out on 4 jobs. Of course I proceeded to tell them I have an elderly father-in-law in our house, an autistic child, and a pregnant wife and temps are reaching 90 degrees.
