Service was amazing. Air conditioning went out on a Saturday at 9pm. We called and they were at my house in less time than quoted! Came in and fixed the problem in not time. Tech was amazing at explaining what was wrong. They were fair and most of all honest. I would and will recommend to everyone I know. UPDATE to my review after 6 years of service with them. Amazing company! The customer service and professionalism is top notch. After having my AC unit breakdown a few weeks ago, I called a big name company that sold us a new unit a few years ago. Well, after coming out the tech tried to overcharge and upsell me into a $2,000 job. I immediately started looking for someone else and someone referred my wife to Pleasant. First time using Pleasant Heating and AC. They scheduled me for 9-9:30 am and they were on time and even shot me an email to let me know they were on there way. I had an AC tune up. Very friendly and we're in and out in no time.
