Pleasant Grove Rec is a great place for Senior Fit group exercise!
PG rec is very,good... the new gray floor finish was a costly mistake... too,shiny & slick and color mismatch
Don’t put your kids in sports here. They don’t do practice they don’t have coaches and they NEVER have referees. So every game was super unfair. Some coaches rude and starting fights. Might I add the coaching is purely volunteer so your kids don’t even learn anything new. They throw them in games and expect them to know without having practice
