Update: Vanessa was very prompt in issuing a refund when she realized our missed communications. She was kind and considerate to my situation and even offered a complimentary massage. I had to cancel a service I booked due to a change in a medical appt time. I’ve tried to contact the owner twice to reschedule the service as the cancellation resulted in a credit vs a refund. I have received no response; it seems the business is no longer operational or very unprofessional.
Had my first session with her today, Vanessa is fantastic! Such a great experience
I went in for massages with Vanessa for my back pain (slight herniated disc), and shoulder pain with scar tissue (from an injury at birth), and only thought it would help with my back pain. I also have lots of joint pain I get often from flare ups of having autoimmune diseases. I was surprised to find out that massage has helped me with ALL of these things immensely. I’m so grateful.
