Highly impressed with this florist! The flower arrangements are elegant, fresh, and made with great attention to detail. I ordered a bouquet for a friend and it looked absolutely stunning. The staff was courteous, creative, and helped me choose the perfect combination of flowers. Delivery was smooth and right on time. Excellent customer service and beautiful presentation. I’ll definitely order again for future celebrations and special occasions!
I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday. I called in advance giving them plenty of time. The lady on the phone was pleasant, took my order and billing information. My daughter never got the order, no one called me to tell me if there was going to be any problems but they sure did bill my credit card 10 days before her birthday. I tried calling the shop, call went to call forwarding with mailbox is full. Sent an email and FB message no response. Please everyone DO NOT USE THIS FLORIAL SHOP EVER!! You have been warned!
I ordered a bouquet of roses for my husband, hoping to surprise him with something beautiful. Unfortunately, what arrived was a complete letdown. The roses were wilted and had brown edges, making them look old and neglected. It was embarrassing to give him such a poor-quality gift. I expected fresh, vibrant flowers, but instead, I received a sad arrangement that didn’t live up to my expectations. I won’t be ordering from here again.
My coworkers called PG Florist and ordered an orchid to be delivered to my father's funeral service. They charged the credit card but never delivered the arrangement. I let my coworker know I never received it, so she called and the lady said she lost the ticket and didn't know where it was supposed to be delivered but ensured her that she would bring it to my house instead.
