The absolute worst florist in history! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!! My husband & his coworkers ordered a $200 sympathy arrangement. The arrangement was horrible & a disgrace to flowers & the owner should be ashamed of herself for allowing this to go out her door! She told us she would give us a refund but still has yet to do so & probably won't. This was ordered over 2 weeks ago & we haven't heard a peep from her. I gave her 1 star only because I had too & she does not deserve that one!
Ordered two arrangements for Valentine’s Day - $86.00 each. They were awful. I chose two arrangements very different from each other but what they delivered were two of the same. Roses were brown and wilted. Hydrangeas had brown spots. The filler flowers were wilted. I was so embarrassed that I sent them. One was supposed to be delivered to my son’s girlfriend before she got off work - they arrived 4 hours after she got off so she didn’t even get them until the day after Valentine’s Day.
Marcel Yates is absolutely amazing! On short notice she delivered. Even threw in an extra beautiful plant. Thank you Marcel for the beautiful flowers for my sweet Mammaw. She would have loved them. (Highly recommend)
Great service, friendly staff, got us taken care of even though last minute.
Website photo of the "Peaceful dawn" basket vs what was received. Complained about this and an additional charge, never got any response from any owners, managers or staff. Giving 1 star because of this. Should have paid attention to the low Google ratings for this florist.
