After receiving a voicemail that the window would be ready to be picked up yesterday afternoon, I stopped by today to pick it up, and it hadn't been touched. I stopped by Pleasant Details and Tint, and a friendly young man applied the tint film while I waited. 15 minutes, I was out the door with a professionally tinted window. I'll be using them for my future tint needs
