Prompt, courteous, professional, reasonably price. I dropped off a vehicle window to be tinted at a nearby competitor a week and half ago. After receiving a voicemail that the window would be ready to be picked up yesterday afternoon, I stopped by today to pick it up, and it hadn't been touched. I stopped by Pleasant Details and Tint, and a friendly young man applied the tint film while I waited. 15 minutes, I was out the door with a professionally tinted window. I'll be using them for my future tint needs

Drove 45 minutes to come here and see about wrapping my vehicle and the place was locked/closed. I went during normal hours of operation and there was no one there. No sign on the door stating why they were closed during buissness hours. It was very frustrating to drive so long for nothing, waste of my time and gas.
