I only gave a rating of 3 stars even though I've had compliments from other experienced auto window tint installers about the excellent quality of the install job I got. Another tint shop said "98% excellent"! The reason for only 3 stars is that I did not get a warranty card at the time of installation. They may have been out of them at the time, but they should have mailed me one later on. I went back to their tint shop a few months later and finally got one, but it was not filled out completely.
