I would like to give my apartments 5 stars but I can't, I just moved over here in September and there is a person over me that making noise where I can't sleep really in my room I have been too the office twice now and nothing have stop with this person they are really breaking my sleep, I'm paying rent to and I shouldn't have to sleep in my living area because someone can't stop the noise or over my sister house if that's the case then I should just go back over there to my sister house.i would like to add to my post becaus... read more
My apartment experience with this property is on point. The staff especially Ms Patty, the property manager is great. She went above and beyond, for me and my wife. She's honest and worked with us on our apartment. We've been here 3 months and this lady came in on her off day to take care of us. I see some of the reviews on here and I'm telling some will go overboard with stories because they didn't get the full royalty treatment which I'm sure she couldn't fix or she would. Please RUN from this disastrous HORRIBLE PLACE. One star is too much! This place has NOT had running hot water for the past 2 weeks! The office Manager Patty is so disrespectful and rude, have recordings of her hanging up in my face. Everyone in the apartments are running hot water on the stove just to take a bath at the moment. The corporate office will not return your calls or emails. I have lived at these apartments for 3 years and was counting down the days for my lease to be over for the last few months. I have never been so annoyed and unhappy with where i lived before. I have MANY emails of management stating the water is being shut off, hot water isn't working, and many other unnecessary things. Maintenance left my place dirty after working on something every single time. Dog waste is everywhere even though there are bins around the property.
