CCPAC is just what I hoped to find for my wife’s post back surgery rehab . It’s clean, bright and well lit . The rooms are nicely appointed . My wife has a team that are all patient, kind,and A+ caregivers . Everything is geared towards healing, and rehabilitation to get my wife back her mobility . This is a great facility to consider for anyone needing rehabilitation services .
My care while I was at Cape Cod Post Care was phenomenal. Sean the nurse made my stay go smoothly . He was attentive to my concerns and assisted me . Alison was an amazing physical therapist . I would recommend this place for rehabilitation
My sister in law stayed there till the end of her life,and all the staffs and nurses were very helpful and compassionate,we deeply appreciate everything they have done for our family member.
