Very happy with the care my cat received. I took him in as a new patient with an emergency situation and Dr. Bickford and all the techs were so kind. They thoroughly explained his problem and have since been readily available by phone to answer all my questions!
First time pet owner here, the staff was very kind and informative. So good to my cat who was terrified from the moment I put him in my car til the moment I walked through my front door. Did things quickly and efficiently.
So.. I leave work to go to my appointment scheduled 2 weeks prior. Apparently my appointment was cancelled and apparently a message was left that my appointment was cancelled, which I never received. I find this to be very unprofessional and will never go back. Bad welcome for new clients. It would have been nice to know I did not have to leave work.
