When I order harddrives the first thing through my head is "i hope the packaging's good" Unpacking the HHDs proved that yes, the packaging is very good. I felt a tear in my eye as I welcomed them into my home to be loved like the PLE warehouse in Gnangara loved them. Thanks!

Generally pretty good service, responsive and seem honest! I was a little annoyed when I had my laptop looked at they put stickers on it.. and the glue wouldn't come off so easily. Who puts stickers on a laptop seriously lol. If it happens again I'll kick up a fuss. But overall I feel confident using PLE. Had a custom pc build on order ($7500) & had to cancel it because of a family emergency. Cancelled on a Friday afternoon & the PLE team issued the refund after hours over the weekend and had the money back on the Monday morning. Great customer service. Thanks.

My daughter ordered a pre-built computer from PLE December 7th 2024, with upgraded parts (all parts in-stock according to their website). 3 weeks later (30 December 2024), still absolutely no progress made, still waiting on parts that they said they had in stock. She was pretty fed up with the poor communication from their team. They also didn't let her know DIRECTLY that there was a part that was incompatible, so they were more than happy to sell her a computer that would not work!
