PLC Paramedics' Technical Support staffs (Edward and his team) helped us at Electronic Locksmith to troubleshoot and repair our "Cycle Test Machine) by remoting in loaded program into it -- It worked great! We are Electronic Locksmith (Engineering Team) -- Lenin S, Ravendra B and Treyvon will definetly use this service provider in the future and we recomend their services to others who have the PLC macine issue. PLC paramedics help to automate our systems at Morton Salt. The two individuals that they sent out to us Dave and Lucus really listen to the issues and work directly with us to make sure we got the automation we needed to improve our process. Excellent Company. Very prompt and has very good communication. Techs are very helpful and knowledgeable. Had an issue with our Blow molder. Their problem solving was accurate.
