My first time going to PLC Hospital back in April 2025 was an unforgettable positive experience in the sense of care. The greeting staff at the desk were courteous on the phone with our previous phone call and upon my arrival. They answered my questions with reassurance and clear directions. The Kruger did a full examination of my 14 year old cat Minoune. She and I discussed the health issues and she provided a proper recommendation plan before pursuing any test. Days of trying to find a vet to look at our very sick little girl Cassie and no luck . Finally a call to Plc and right away they said bring her in . They were so friendly and professional. We left feeling respected and that our dog had just received the best possible care . She is doing g great right now after taking the drugs they prescribed pluss our visit didn't break the bank . Highly recommend this Vet hospital. You won't be disappointed.
Staff was amazing from the very first phone call to the care in the office. They were so kind and helpful and full of great information. Couldn't ask for better treatment and service at a vet clinic. Thank you for helping our boy :) was back yesterday for my service dog in training. Again what a great experience. Staff was amazing. Everything went well and my girl is home safe and fixed. Phoebe loved meeting all her new friends.
Dr. Tula saved my baby’s life!! I went in as an emergency and everyone was so supportive and caring during a very scary situation!
We recently had to lay our sweet baby girl to rest the kindness and compassion was incredible. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
