All I can say is that it wasn't a pleasant experience. Mostly because when I arrived to my appointment in one of the many office suites, on-time, and the person I had the appointment with was not there. It had been a long stressful drive to hurry as to be ontime, just to be postponed, was very disheartening, and disappointing. Not that the plaza is to blame for that, at all.
