I had a couple of very uncomfortable experiences in this office that i feel need to be addressed. It’s already very hard as a woman to see male gynecologists for obvious reasons, so I feel that extra care should be taken by physicians to make their patients comfortable. I feel this office failed to do that with me. on one occasion, I had a fairly common procedure take place, and was given no warnings of pain and minimal pain relief. Providers are fine (not amazing but fair) but the administration in this office is horrible and after a number of years I’m finally changing over to a provider in another network. The office staff doesn’t reply to emails, is incredibly slow to relay messages. Also the default is to not relay test results and even when I’ve asked to be notified either way I still have had to call and check in weeks later to get an update. Disorganized and negligent! I have been trying to get an IUD since November. I came in for an appointment and started to process to order from insurance. It’s been 6 months and I call every month. Every time I call they don’t remember my call from before and tell me I need to start the process over and it will take 4-6 weeks. All they have to do to is call my insurance and order an IUD. When I call back they have excuses like “we didn’t have the service number for your insurance” or “I have no record of this order from you”.... read more

I don’t want another woman to go through what I went through. Whatever you do, avoid Dr. Bruksch. Read his own personal google reviews. I had a miscarriage but my body hadn’t recognized the pregnancy loss, so I had the choice of doing a procedure or taking medication in my own home. I was highly encouraged to do the procedure, even though both options were perfectly safe. I chose the medication in my own home.
