Well I thought my blower was out on my car which is fairly new. I never adjusted my climate control on my car because I keep it the same always with front vents open and the defrost button. Well after taking it in they call and say it was going to cost 400 plus dollars to fix. within 2 hours they call back and say it is ready. Don’t waist your time!! They do not stand behind their work! Purchased new tires and the next day had a bad knock. Took my car to the dodge dealership for oil change and to find out what the knocking was. Was told by the dealership that it was caused by realignment done when tires were put in the car. I took my bill of $65.00 to see if they would reimburse me for their mistake (bolt not tightened after the alignment) and was told it wasn’t their fault it was just a coincidence!! Right!!
