Very competent and complete service.
Prompt service. Drove in, they looked at my tire within 5 minutes.,we IDed nail. They confirmed they would patch it and I would not need four new tires for my all-wheel drive. I drove to my yoga class while they fixed the tire, stopped back in after class and they put my tire back on and my spare away, less than 5 minutes- all for free. Thank you!!

Thank you to Bri and the amazing team at the Grass valley location. It was nothing like I was expecting, but in the best way. Best costumer service experience I have had, bar none. They made me feel like family, the way they went the extra mile to accommodate my needs, without pressure, but with friendly communication and genuine concerns.
