I got new BF Goodrich K02 tires and found Matt and his team to be knowledgeable, resourceful, and helpful. Most of all in integrity. And as I waited I had wonderful conversations with fellow customers. I am incredibly happy with the tires and the job they did installing my tires and aligning my truck.
My truck broke down and this shop took great care of me. Got my alternator rebuilt in a day and got me back on the road. Thanks Matt and team!!

Customer Service is the best
Excellent service! We punctured a tire, but not critically, in Truckee. On Saturday there were absolutely NO services in Truckee that could fix a tire, despite claiming they were 24/7 - nothing like that. Only weekdays till 4 or 5 pm. Big Brand Tire&Service helped us on the way home tremendously. They’re polite, clear, nice and effective. They also gave us an overview of the state of all 4 tires and recommendations.
