I can’t say enough good things about Big Brand Tire & Service in Colfax! My Truck broke down on the way to Lake Tahoe, in the middle of a long drive, and I had no idea what to do. I highly recommend this shop. I was very impressed with the professionalism, quality, and obvious customer care I received from the entire staff. However, Charles especially was engaging, explained his concerns, and provided me with above and beyond customer service. I will definitely return.
